Originally from Southern California, I've called the Pacific Northwest home for my entire adult life. My days are filled with the quiet joys of cooking, long runs in nature, and the comforting presence of my cats, Pearl and Bunnie. Beyond these simple pleasures, I find deep satisfaction in my work, offering therapeutic support to others. Through my personal journey in therapy, I've come to appreciate the subtle beauty in life's everyday moments. Outside of work, I cherish the downtime spent with my husband and friends, creating a balance that adds warmth and richness to my life.
Experience
& Schooling
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, followed by a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in sex therapy from Lewis & Clark College. Holding a license as a Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapist in the State of Oregon, I bring a comprehensive educational background and professional expertise to my practice.
Most recently, I practiced as a clinician and supervisor at Sprout Therapy PDX. I have also worked as a milieu therapist at a pediatric eating disorder facility, Kartini Clinic, in an outpatient co-occurring mental health and substance abuse facility, as well as facilitating group therapy with offenders of domestic violence.
